Spin bowlers Bryan Charles and Nars­ingh De­onar­ine led Cli­co Preysal to its first win of the T&T Crick­et Board Na­tion­al League sea­son yes­ter­day, get­ting past Jenex­con Table­land by an in­nings and 37 runs in round six at the lat­ter's home ground.

Charles took eight wick­ets in the match, while De­onar­ine grabbed 6/52 in the sec­ond in­nings. Table­land re­sumed on 63/1 in its first in­nings yes­ter­day, re­ply­ing to Preysal's 319. Charles snatched 4/34 to dis­miss Table­land for 155. Hilton Williams (2/13) and Eu­gene La Fleur (2/19) both bagged two scalps.

In the sec­ond in­nings, de­spite an even 50 from Al Small, Table­land was bun­dled out for 127, hand­ing Preysal the mas­sive win. De­onar­ine was the chief de­stroy­er in the sec­ond in­nings with 6/52, while Charles took 4/37.

Al­so record­ing out­right wins were Queen's Park, Pow­er­gen and Mer­ry Boys.
