A British trade mission will be in T&T next week showcasing information and communication technology (ICT) and expertise. It has attracted UK companies from the fields of online services; data storage and protection; education; healthcare; marketing and branding; optimising digital media and more.
The British High Commission in Port-of-Spain has worked closely with the Ministry for Science and Technology to develop a programme for the visiting companies which will include meetings with the Ministries of Education and Health. As well as meeting officials from each of these ministries, the British delegation will be hosted for lunch by the T&T Chamber of Commerce; meet with Canto; iGOVTT; the e-Business roundtable and the ICT Society.
Following an extensive two day programme in T&T, the ICT mission will visit Barbados and Saint Lucia. The UK companies taking part are: Active Navigation; Aspire Trust; Aura Healthcare; Go Digit All; umi Digital; and Yantra Digital.
