The pre­sen­ta­tion to for­mer pres­i­dent and prime min­is­ter Arthur NR Robin­son took place at Robin­son's res­i­dence, Eller­slie Park, on Wednes­day. A state­ment from the Of­fice of the Prime Min­is­ter said Robin­son was known for be­ing a strong ad­vo­cate for To­ba­go self-gov­ern­ment-a cause he has con­tin­u­al­ly cham­pi­oned dur­ing his long and dis­tin­guished po­lit­i­cal ca­reer.
