Folks who generally workout seem to be more comfortable and confident in their skin. Psychologically, that alone can spice up desire and arousal. Cultivating a positive relationship with your body raises your self-esteem, naturally making you feel confident and sexy during sexual activities. This no doubt an ingredient for heightened sensation in your romance.
Besides the physique (that sexy look) exercise creates a number of benefits that may be overlooked—one being an improved sex life. Oftentimes, I remind my clients that sexual activity is like an athletic event, some are better at it than others. However, any sexual activity is going to be a full-body experience that would involve muscles, blood vessels and nerves.
What increases sexual appetite in men is very high levels of testosterone which can be increased by working out. I am going to give you some advice on how that can be accomplished because there is no way you can do that by mixing alcohol with energy drinks.
There seems to be a common thread of energy drinks and alcohol mixtures amongst our young men for one purpose only and that is to boost sexual performance which, in my view, creates nothing more than a placebo effect that has a dangerous backlash on their health (remember you are the placebo). Another common thread is sexual “enhancers” which can be easily accessed. Those things have not been scientifically proven to increase testosterone levels but working out increases your testosterone levels, especially an early morning workout. A full-body workout is more appropriate because of the fact that every major group of muscles are engaged at the same time plus it helps the body boost testosterone levels. Ideally, squats, deadlifts, bench press and Olympic lifts should be performed. Your aim is 80-90 per cent of 1RM (one repetition maximum). Note you need to do this type of workout at least two to three times per week.
Back to the question—how can working out help my sex life? The answer is in the question. We are subliminally conditioned to believe in the things that our minds are fed with, rather than the internal essence with which we were born. We were sold a story and we bought it, for instance, the more expensive a product, the better it is for you.
I reiterate, the answer is in the question —maintaining a regular exercise regimen dramatically improves your cardiovascular system which increases heart rate and leads to better blood flow overall which ultimately leads to a better sex life.
