Harigob­in Jhinkoo has been ap­point­ed ex­ec­u­tive vice pres­i­dent�hu­man re­sources at TSTT.Pri­or to join­ing the telecom­mu­ni­ca­tions com­pa­ny, Jhinkoo served as a judge in the In­dus­tri­al Court and comes to TSTT with more than 20 years of ex­pe­ri­ence as an HR prac­ti­tion­er in the en­er­gy, skills de­vel­op­ment and fi­nan­cial ser­vices in­dus­tries.

Jhinkoo holds an ex­ec­u­tive mas­ters in busi­ness ad­min­is­tra­tion and a post­grad­u­ate diplo­ma in hu­man re­source man­age­ment from the UWI In­sti­tute of Busi­ness. He is a mem­ber of the Hu­man Re­source Man­age­ment As­so­ci­a­tion of T&T and the So­ci­ety of Hu­man Re­source Man­age­ment and is cur­rent­ly pur­su­ing an LLB law de­gree from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Lon­don.

His oth­er ca­reer en­gage­ments in­clude serv­ing as the vice chair­man of the In­sti­tute of Bank­ing and Fi­nance and group man­ag­er�hu­man re­sources and ad­min­is­tra­tion at a bank­ing in­sti­tu­tion.In his new role Jhinkoo's port­fo­lio will in­clude re­spon­si­bil­i­ty for em­ploy­ee re­la­tions, ser­vices and ben­e­fits, in­dus­tri­al re­la­tions and hu­man re­source plan­ning and de­vel­op­ment.
