Colum­bus In­ter­na­tion­al­has an­nounced the pro­mo­tion of Michele Eng­lish­to the­role of ex­ec­u­tive vice pres­i­dent and chief cus­tomer of­fi­cer.

Eng­lish is­pres­i­dent and chief op­er­at­ing of­fi­cerof Colum­bus' op­er­a­tions in­Ja­maica, in­clud­ing Flow and Colum­bus Busi­ness So­lu­tions.

She for­mal­ly startsher new role on­Ju­ly 1.

Pres­i­dent of Colum­bus' Caribbean op­er­a­tions, John Reid, de­scribed Eng­lish's pro­mo­tionas part of Colum­bus' strate­gic plan to be the pro­vide the best cus­tomer carein the re­gion.

Ac­cord­ing to Reid, Eng­lish will­have "ul­ti­mate re­spon­si­bil­i­ty for the en­tire cus­tomer ex­pe­ri­ence".
