The ex­ec­u­tive of Re­pub­lic Fi­nan­cial Hold­ings Lim­it­ed (RFHL) will have a new look from Jan­u­ary 1, 2024.

In a post to Trinidad and To­ba­go Stock Ex­change yes­ter­day, RFHL con­firmed sev­er­al up­com­ing changes to its se­nior of­fi­cers.

From New Years Day 2024, Karen Tom Yew will re­place Bal­dath Ramkissoon as chief risk of­fi­cer Re­pub­lic Bank Lim­it­ed.

Tom Yew, who is cur­rent­ly gen­er­al man­ag­er, Group Mar­ket­ing & Com­mu­ni­ca­tions will al­so take up the role of gen­er­al man­ag­er, Group En­ter­prise Risk on that date.

Bal­dath Ramkissoon will now take up the role of gen­er­al man­ag­er, Group Hu­man Re­sources.

The post al­so an­nounced the fol­low­ing changes to its gen­er­al man­agers ef­fec­tive Jan­u­ary 1, 2024: Aldrin Ram­goolam, RFHL’s cur­rent gen­er­al man­ag­er, In­for­ma­tion Tech­nol­o­gy Man­age­ment will be­come gen­er­al man­ag­er, Com­mer­cial & Re­tail Bank­ing.

Shaz­ard Mo­hammed who cur­rent­ly holds the post gen­er­al man­ag­er, Com­mer­cial & Re­tail Bank­ing will be­come gen­er­al man­ag­er, Da­ta Gov­er­nance & Man­age­ment Unit.

Denyse Ram­nar­ine will shift roles from gen­er­al man­ag­er, Da­ta Gov­er­nance & Man­age­ment Unit to gen­er­al man­ag­er, In­for­ma­tion Tech­nol­o­gy Man­age­ment and Pre­ston George, who is cur­rent­ly gen­er­al man­ag­er, Group Hu­man Re­sources will move to gen­er­al man­ag­er, Group Mar­ket­ing & Com­mu­ni­ca­tions.
