?I am calling on the big boys and girls at WASA to turn off all the taps and hoses at their homes and start filling buckets to bathe, cook and wash. I ask these goodly people to walk down the road to the nearest stand pipe and carry buckets of water to their homes like people in many rural parts of the country. I am also calling on the WASA Water Police to constantly mointor the homes of the above members to see if they are wasting water and using hoses at nights to water their gardens. The water police should also check the homes of these WASA big boys and girls for leaks and if any leaks are found to give them an ultimatum of half day to have them repaired or face the brunt of the law. Finally, the above members should limit their bathing to three baths a week...in other words they must walk the talk and lead from the front.
