It is strange that Clico policyholders are not actively pursuing the option to sue Lawrence Duprey and the other former directors of Clico. I am sure that some of the policyholders have received over the years more interest payments than the principal sum invested and now other taxpayers, including the so far badly treated public servants, must pay to maintain their lifestyles.
They took a risk and benefited handsomely. I suggest a case by case approach.
