Flow has ex­tend­ed its ini­tial three-year part­ner­ship with the T&T Film Fes­ti­val, an­nounc­ing that it will con­tin­ue its role as the pre­sent­ing spon­sor through 2013. The part­ner­ship be­gan in 2008 with a land­mark three-year, mul­ti-mil­lion-dol­lar com­mit­ment from Flow.

Flow's di­rec­tor of sales, mar­ket­ing and com­mu­ni­ca­tions Rhea Yaw Ching re­in­forced Flow's con­tin­ued com­mit­ment to the part­ner­ship. "We have been very pleased with the suc­cess of the fes­ti­val, which has shown ex­cep­tion­al growth over the past two years, be­com­ing one of the re­gion's most recog­nised film fes­ti­vals. The part­ner­ship is a tru­ly sym­bi­ot­ic one that not on­ly al­lows us to con­tin­ue our dri­ve to pro­mote the cul­ture of our coun­try and the re­gion but al­so gives es­tab­lished and as­pir­ing film­mak­ers the ex­po­sure need­ed, as it con­tin­ues to open doors of op­por­tu­ni­ty for the in­dus­try."

TTFF ex­ec­u­tive di­rec­tor Ma­ri­na Sa­landy�Brown al­so ex­pressed her grat­i­tude to Flow for its on­go­ing com­mit­ment to the in­dus­try. "Hav­ing a com­mit­ted cor­po­rate spon­sor such as Flow al­lows us to achieve our am­bi­tion to play an in­stru­men­tal part in the build­ing of the lo­cal film in­dus­try, show­cas­ing the work of our film­mak­ers, pro­vid­ing the op­por­tu­ni­ty for us to hone our skills and es­tab­lish a big­ger mar­ket for our cre­ative out­put." The T&T Film Fes­ti­val is an an­nu­al cel­e­bra­tion of films from and about T&T, the Caribbean basin and the Di­as­po­ra.
