?An all-in­clu­sive par­ty which has gained pop­u­lar­i­ty on the week­end of Car­ni­val is the one or­gan­ised by the Li­ons Club of Port-of-Spain Cen­tral for the past 13 years, at the Li­ons Cul­tur­al Cen­tre. This year's Valen­tine's Par­ty takes place on Sat­ur­day, from 4 pm to 10 pm. Top of the line en­ter­tain­ment will be pro­vid­ed by Roy Cape and the Kaiso All Stars with Blaxx and Ri­ta Jones, and oth­er top guest artistes. The now very pop­u­lar Dil-e-Nadan is on the list, as well as Scrun­ters Pan Groove and DJ Sco­bie. The Li­ons, whose pro­ceeds go to their char­i­ties, have kept down their price to $450 per tick­et. Yet they have main­tained a large and var­ied menu of Cre­ole, Chi­nese and In­di­an food, in­clud­ing crab and dumplings, shark and bake, dou­bles, corn soup, ac­cra and roti, in ad­di­tion to pre­mi­um bars with co­conut wa­ter flow­ing through­out, and cock­tail and non-al­co­holic cock­tail bars. Se­cure park­ing is avail­able and there will be to­kens for pa­trons as they en­ter.
