Calypso like it used to be was the order of the evening on February 4, when De Entertainers Tent from Tobago put on a show at Trevor's Edge Restaurant and Bar in St Augustine. Tobago bards including Lady Paula, OB, Super Becky and Artistic kept the good-sized crowd well entertained with humorous and thought-provoking calypsoes from about 9 pm. MCs Preston Trim and Lady IB introduced the singers, who were well-received by the audience. Artistic sang Wha Rum Make Me Do and Dey Want It. Hometown boy Tunapuna Scanty, making a guest appearance, performed the very funny Old Age, to everyone's amusement, and the pan song Bandoleros.
Sandra Lincoln brought on the soca with Jump Up, while Sister Big complained He Cyah Handle It. OB got romantic with Want to Make Love Tonight Girl and Lady IB apologised in song for crimes against tourists in Tobago. Co-host Preston Trim got some of the biggest laughs of the night, singing that his girlfriend constantly wanted him to carry his ailing father around, complaining, she want meh tote he. Lady IB said the members of the tent wrote their own songs and said, "to me, that is a kaisonian." She also thanked owner Trevor Castillo for his support of the tent, calling him a "cultural ambassador".
