Former National Security minister Jack Warner this morning resigned as chairman of the United National Congress, the main party of the country's ruling coalition government.
It is Warner's second resignation in less than twenty-four hours. He yesterday resigned as national security minister.
His demission from that ministerial post came two days after an investigation accused him of "fraudulent" management of Concacaf, a regional football confederation.
Warner is a former Concacaf president and former FIFA vice president.
