The body of a man found in a drain near his Harmony Hall Gasparillo home on October 4 has been identified as the nephew of Chaguanas mayor Orlando Nagessar.
The Mayor has expressed sadness on the death of his nephew, Arnold Sooknanan, 35.
Relatives believe Sooknanan, who had a drinking problem, may have accidentally fallen into the drain on his way home.
