The body of a man found in a drain near his Har­mo­ny Hall Gas­par­il­lo home on Oc­to­ber 4 has been iden­ti­fied as the nephew of Ch­agua­nas may­or Or­lan­do Nages­sar.

The May­or has ex­pressed sad­ness on the death of his nephew, Arnold Sook­nanan, 35.

Rel­a­tives be­lieve Sook­nanan, who had a drink­ing prob­lem, may have ac­ci­den­tal­ly fall­en in­to the drain on his way home.
