The third mur­der vic­tim in the mass shoot­ing at Ica­cos, Ce­dros, has been iden­ti­fied as fish­er­man Jabari Keny­on Abi­o­la.

Po­lice said he was 26 years old and resided at Lo­ca­tion Park, Cochrane Vil­lage, Guapo. 

The two oth­er de­ceased men were iden­ti­fied as fish­er­men Ka­reem Ce­les­tine, 36, of Ica­cos Vil­lage, Ce­dros, and Joshua Sadoo, 21, of Fan­ny Vil­lage, Point Fortin.   

They were among six peo­ple shot by masked as­sailants along the beach from Ica­cos Point. The in­jured vic­tims were all Venezue­lan mi­grants—a 15-year-old girl, a 24-year-old woman and a 45-year-old man.

Some of the vic­tims were in their homes at the beach­front around 2 am on Sep­tem­ber 5, when four masked men ap­proached and opened fire on them with­out warn­ing. Sadoo’s body was found in­side a white Nis­san B14.

Po­lice be­lieve the shoot­ing was drug-re­lat­ed.
