The south­bound lane of the Uri­ah But­ler High­way re­mains un­der heavy wa­ter and im­pass­able to ve­hi­cles due to flood­ing.

As such, po­lice at the scene have kept the north­bound lane as a dual car­riage­way and is al­low­ing on­ly trucks and SU­Vs through. It still, how­ev­er, is a very volatile sit­u­a­tion so the Com­mis­sion­er of Po­lice and the Min­istry of Works are ask­ing the pub­lic to stay at home un­less you have ur­gent busi­ness to at­tend to.

Many mo­torists who are on the roads re­main un­sure of the routes avail­able to get to their des­ti­na­tion points. Be­low is a list of ar­eas which are ei­ther opened or re­main blocked. This sto­ry will be up­dat­ed as new in­for­ma­tion be­comes avail­able.

UBH flood­ed South­bound from Ca­roni Bird Sanc­tu­ary to Munroe Road. High ve­hi­cles and trucks di­vert­ed to North bound un­til Munroe Road.

UBH north­bound flood­ed, from Be­ju­cal Road to Ca­roni Bird Sanc­tu­ary. High ve­hi­cles and trucks can pass.
