Fire of­fi­cers were on Sun­day night bat­tling a blaze which ig­nit­ed on the top floor of the Scar­bor­ough Fire Sta­tion.

An alarm was raised short­ly af­ter 7 pm af­ter smoke was seen com­ing from the up­per storey of the par­tial­ly wood­en and con­crete at the Ba­co­let Street build­ing.

Of­fi­cers evac­u­at­ed and of­fi­cers tried to douse the flames.
