Burg­er King has opened its lat­est restau­rant, this time in San­gre Grande.

The branch was opened yes­ter­day at XtraPlaza in Guaico.

The out­let is now the 16th na­tion­wide for Restau­rant Hold­ings Lim­it­ed, the fran­chise own­ers of the Burg­er King brand, who have been op­er­at­ing in Trinidad and To­ba­go since 2004.

The com­pa­ny has a work­force of 350 em­ploy­ees through­out the Burg­er King branch­es to serve its loy­al cus­tomers.

Over­all, Restau­rant Hold­ings Lim­it­ed, al­so the fran­chise hold­er of the Popeyes and Lit­tle Cae­sars brands, em­ploys more than 500 em­ploy­ees.

Speak­ing about the open­ing of the com­pa­ny’s lat­est out­let, Restau­rant Hold­ings Lim­it­ed mar­ket­ing man­ag­er Shane Wilt­shire said, “We are hap­py to wel­come every­one to join us at our newest restau­rant at Xtra Plaza, San­gre Grande, where you will be greet­ed by a warm re­cep­tion of smil­ing faces, and de­li­cious flame-grilled meals, our mouth-wa­ter­ing Crispy Chick­en, desserts and so much more.”

The com­pa­ny said it views this re­cent de­vel­op­ment as an on­go­ing com­mit­ment to the growth of the com­pa­ny and its con­tri­bu­tion to Trinidad and To­ba­go’s econ­o­my, par­tic­u­lar­ly giv­en the chal­leng­ing cir­cum­stances faced by the coun­try over the last two years due to the im­pact of COVID-19.
