Burger King has opened its latest restaurant, this time in Sangre Grande.
The branch was opened yesterday at XtraPlaza in Guaico.
The outlet is now the 16th nationwide for Restaurant Holdings Limited, the franchise owners of the Burger King brand, who have been operating in Trinidad and Tobago since 2004.
The company has a workforce of 350 employees throughout the Burger King branches to serve its loyal customers.
Overall, Restaurant Holdings Limited, also the franchise holder of the Popeyes and Little Caesars brands, employs more than 500 employees.
Speaking about the opening of the company’s latest outlet, Restaurant Holdings Limited marketing manager Shane Wiltshire said, “We are happy to welcome everyone to join us at our newest restaurant at Xtra Plaza, Sangre Grande, where you will be greeted by a warm reception of smiling faces, and delicious flame-grilled meals, our mouth-watering Crispy Chicken, desserts and so much more.”
Wiltshire added, “We are also excited to offer the use of the HelloFood app to order online or schedule an order for pickup with a contactless experience. We are fully committed to maintaining the Restaurant Holdings Limited standard of providing quality restaurants, driven by committed people.”
The company said it views this recent development as an ongoing commitment to the growth of the company and its contribution to Trinidad and Tobago’s economy, particularly given the challenging circumstances faced by the country over the last two years due to the impact of COVID-19.
