Police are seeking the public's assistance in finding secondary school Shania Yacoob who was last seen on Thursday night. Yacoob, 15, a Form Five student of Brasso Secondary School, was reported missing after her relative woke up on Friday morning and could not find her. Yacoob lives with her mother in Las Lomas, but she has been staying with relatives since her mother went on vacation. Yacoob was last seen by her sister around 9 pm before she went to bed at her sister's home, also in Las Lomas. When the sister got up around 5.15 am Yacoob was gone and the door was open. Nothing was missing and there were no signs of a struggle. Police officers were told that Yacoob had no family issues. Police also spoke to Yacoob's boyfriend but was given no information that could help them find her.
