When would you people understand that the problem is not bullets or guns?

The problem is a system that rewards criminals instead of punishing them.

There are places in the US where guns can be easily gotten legally but the crime rate is less than 10% that of Trinidad. Why? Because murderers are caught and executed by the justice system.

As long as the detection rate remain low, and people keep making and accepting excuses for the failures of the police and justice system, and nobody loses their jobs for failing miserable, the carnival of murders and mutilations will continue.
