Judiciary concerned over killing

The Judiciary said it was concerned by the killing of murder accused Peter Garcia at the Rio Claro Magistrates’ Court, yesterday. In a media release issued hours after the incident, the Judiciary said it was also concerned about the proximity from the court and the Rio Claro Police Station where the incident occurred. According to the release, the incident “gives an indication of the boldness and the extent to which criminals are prepared to go to carry out their heinous acts.”
It further added the unfortunate incident occurred when the Judiciary was undertaking extensive renovations at the court house. “The Judiciary will redouble its efforts at reviewing its own security arrangements to ensure as far as possible that no users of the court system in T&T are put to any unnecessary risk,” the release said.

Just Imagine if the T&T Police Force had half the courage and skills that the criminals have in carrying out their duties efficiently and effectively.

i believe that the Rio claro
i believe that the Rio claro police did not try to help this man at all. tell me how can a man be shot down mere meters away from a police station and they could not respond in time to at least try to save the man or apprehend the suspects. and how can you not check out two persons dress in construction gears and there wasn't any work that day. and to add to this that man suppose to be under heavy surveillance both inside an outside the court knowing he was a target and even self knowing; as what they say, he was the most wanted criminal
