Dylkael "Blow" Charles, 18, of Sea View Hill, Carenage, has appeared before a Port-of-Spain magistrate charged with the Carnival Sunday killing of Kevon Prescott.
Charles stood unrepresented before acting Chief Magistrate Mark Wellington when the matter was called in the Eight Court on Monday. Ryan Richardson already has appeared in court for the same offence.
Prescott, a 25-year-old wheelchair-bound man, was shot dead while liming on the porch of his Carenage home by armed assailants on February 14. The victim was paralysed from the waist down after he was shot in the hip last year.
