Minority Leader of the Tobago House of Assembly Watson Duke is one of several persons who are unable to travel to Tobago as flights remain grounded due to the inclement weather and Tropical Storm watch for Trinidad and Tobago.

But Duke says all is not lost and encourages Tobagonians to “be neighbourly” and “take your brothers in”. Doing this he says we will be able to weather the storm together and “there is no storm that can get the better of us”.

He is also encouraging citizens to reach out to his political party, the Progressive Democratic Patriots” via its Facebook page in the event additional assistance are needed.
