Fi­nance Min­is­ter Colm Im­bert has of­fered con­grat­u­la­tions to the So­ca War­riors on their vic­to­ry over the Unit­ed States last night.

The Trinidad and To­ba­go Se­nior Mens Na­tion­al Team de­feat­ed the US side 2-1 in a Na­tions League match at Hase­ly Craw­ford Sta­di­um, Port of Spain. On his X (for­mer­ly Twit­ter) ac­count last night Min­is­ter Im­bert praised the team al­though it was not enough to ad­vance to the se­mi fi­nal round of the tour­na­ment hav­ing lost 3-0 to the US in the re­verse fix­ture 4 days ago. “Hearty con­grat­u­la­tions".
