Kamla-Jack take Downtown J'Ouvert title

The com­bi­na­tion of Kam­la Per­sad-Bisses­sar and Jack Warn­er walked away with the Down­town King of J'Ou­vert ti­tle at South Quay, Port-of-Spain, yes­ter­day. Trevor Thomas was the win­ner with, Mishun Al­most Im­pusi­ble. He won from Lennox Joseph, with The Con­tro­ver­sial Col­lapse and Bail Out, with Ron­dell Pierre third, with Min­is­ter Hunt's $2m flag.

In the Queen cat­e­go­ry, Pa­tri­cia God­dard won with Look What Hap­pen When I Looked at The Sun. Sec­ond was He­len Fullard, with Swine Flu, and third was by Glo­ria Jones, Sec­re­tary of State Hi­lary Clin­ton–The Sum­mit 5 Was Worth­while.

Two sol­diers look on as this mas­quer­ad­er had a good time at South Quay, Port-of-Spain.

This mas­quer­ad­er por­trayed Vot­er Paddin' Have Meh Suf­ferin.

It was the most pop­u­lar pre­sen­ta­tion in J'Ou­vert–mud mas.

This King con­tes­tant went po­lit­i­cal with Bas Still in Shock Over Re­sults.
