?Psychic Winston Ragoo last night said Hart will make a public appearance this week as the PNM kicks off its campaign. "He wants to prove to the people of T&T that he has nothing to hide. He's coming to lend support to the PNM, to Mr Manning, to make it look like nothing is wrong. "But this time when he leaves T&T he will not return. He will not be coming back." Ragoo, in an interview with the Sunday Guardian on March 5, around 1.30 pm, hours before Hart had departed T&T, had predicted that the former Udecott bossman was packing to leave the country "as we speak."
Ragoo was also on the ball as he also predicted Hart was being asked by Manning to step down. Hours later, Hart tendered his resignation and left the country for Miami. Ragoo is in the process of establishing the Winston Ragoo Foundation to help young children and women in T&T get their lives together. "Not enough is being done for people of this country," he added last night.
