Re­on Ra­goobir, 32, of Mil­ton Vil­lage in Cou­va, is the coun­try's lat­est road traf­fic ac­ci­dent vic­tim.

Ra­goobir, a mar­ried fa­ther of one, died in­stant­ly when his car flipped sev­er­al times af­ter he lost con­trol of it while head­ing south along the Sir Solomon Ho­choy High­way in Gas­par­il­lo around about 12.45 am Sat­ur­day.

Close friends have ex­pressed shock and sad­ness over his trag­ic death.

One friend de­scribed Ra­goobir as one of the jol­liest per­sons she ever knew.

"He was free-spir­it­ed, guar­an­teed to have you laugh­ing till you cry...to­day its tears of sad­ness shock and dis­be­lief. My prayers are with his wife, daugh­ter, fam­i­ly and close friends...Fa­ther God com­fort their hearts."
