The Police Service Commission is reminding the public that there is still time to respond to its 2020 Public Trust, Confidence and Satisfaction Survey of the Police Service.
The commission said the online survey which began on October 14, is an important tool used to fulfil its mandate of monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Commissioner of Police and Deputy Commissioners of Police in the discharge of their functions.
The survey closes on November 4.
The survey consists of 25 questions, takes approximately five (5) minutes to complete and is available at the following link: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=DQSIkWdsW0yxEjajBLZtrQAAAAAAAAAAAAO__TLMB0xUOFRZVzdPV1pIMlpNR1ZKTlcwV1QyWjI1Ri4u.
The commission said to encourage the public to respond to the survey, it has collaborated with government ministries and agencies as well as public sector organizations, to make the survey available on as many websites and social media platforms as possible.
Widespread public response to this survey is important for identifying the areas in the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service that are working well, and those areas which require improvement in ensuring the safety and security of the people of T&T.
