?Attorney General John Jeremie is slamming the UNC for talking about love and unity during the election campaign.
Speaking at the PNM meeting at Plum Mitan Junction in Cumuto/Manzanilla last night, Jeremie said the PNM was the only stable party in the country. He said: "It is your duty to remember the very people who talk about love and unity in 2010 were the same people ripping each others throat in the internal elections, just 90 days ago."
Jeremie said the PNM has been part of every important event in this country's history. He said it saw the country to independence and the to republicanism and then into an open market economy. Among the entertainment at last night's meeting was tenor singer John Thomas and baritones Garfield Washington and Stephan Hernandez.
