?Minority Leader in the Tobago House of Assembly Ashworth Jack says hundreds of workers of the Community Environmental Protection and Enhancement Programme (Cepep) are being told to openly support the ruling People's National Movement or be dismissed.
In an interview yesterday, the political leader of the Tobago Organisation of the People (TOP) said the workers had complained about the adverse conditions under which they had to work.
He said they were told to wear red PNM T-shirts and also to put PNM flags on their cars, during a rally scheduled for Tobago on Thursday. But PNM sources in the THA have dismissed this claim.
