Leader of Government Business Roodal Moonilal claims the PNM still owes the Public Transport Service Corporation (PTSC) money for bus services provided to them before the May 24 general election. Speaking to CNC3 yesterday, Moonilal said following a discussion with personnel from the Ministry of Works, he received information that Balisier House may expect a "very serious" bill from PTSC in the coming days.

Moonilal added: "If they cannot pay they (PTSC) may take proceedings against them. "Rowley could lose election today and could lose Balisier House tomorrow," he added. Moonilal said he believed CEPEP and URP workers had been intimidated by the PNM to attend political rallies. "The PNM, now in Opposition as opposed to Government, cannot intimidate and cannot force people to attend. We knew they were doing it in the general election," Moonilal said.
