The Criminal Bar Association has remained mum on the "war of words" between Minister of Justice Herbert Volney and Chief Justice Ivor Archie.
Contacted yesterday, secretary of the association John Heath said the law body was in the process of setting a date for the election of a new executive.
Until then, Heath said, no one would be in a position to comment. The association has remained relatively dormant since the death on June 18 of president Desmond Allum, SC. The body is expected to meet early next month to elect a new head.
