Prime Min­is­ter Dr Kei­th Row­ley has re­vealed that the PNM par­lia­men­tary cau­cus has thrown its sup­port be­hind Stu­art Young to lead the par­ty.

Dr Row­ley made the rev­e­la­tion a short while ago.

He was speak­ing with mem­bers of the me­dia in To­ba­go fol­low­ing the PNM Par­lia­men­tary re­treat.

This means Stu­art Young will be the new Prime Min­is­ter when Dr Row­ley re­signs.
