Scotiabank T&T Limited has said that the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has brought with it many changes– including the ability to move around and get usual day- to- day business done. It said banking remains a critical service and access to customers' finances is important.
In an statement yesterday the bank said, "As you navigate the changes as a result of COVID-19, and adhere to social distancing efforts, you’re reminded banking could be one less thing to get done that you need to worry about.
Stephen Bagnarol – SVP and Managing Director, of Scotiabank T&T has been quoted in the statement as saying: “This is a challenging situation for everyone. We’re in this together and we want to make sure we provide you with the digital tools and communicate how they can help you stay safe. We will get this through together. Please continue to take the necessary steps to protect yourself and your families.”
The bank said customers can complete many of the everyday banking needs from home, 24 hours a day, through online banking and the banls's mobile banking app.
