TSTT is ad­vis­ing that cus­tomers in Low­lands and en­vi­rons may ex­pe­ri­ence an in­ter­rup­tion in land­line and in­ter­net ser­vices as a re­sult of an ex­tend­ed pow­er out­age in the area.

Mo­bile ser­vices (voice and da­ta) in the Spey­side area have al­so been af­fect­ed as a re­sult of an ex­tend­ed pow­er loss.

TSTT is as­sur­ing cus­tomers that ser­vice teams will con­tin­ue to work with re­spon­ders to re­store nor­mal ser­vice as quick­ly as pos­si­ble. Up­dates will be pro­vid­ed as more in­for­ma­tion be­comes avail­able.
