Customers of the Water and Sewerage Authority are being encouraged to keep current with their water rates payments and avoid going into arrears.
This, as WASA issued a release advising those unable to clear off their arrears right away of the options available to them.
WASA says customers who are unable to immediately clear their arrears should contact the Authority to explore available payment options, via:
● Email: customerservice@wasa.gov.tt
● Webchat: www.wasa.gov.tt
● WhatsApp: 709-7793 (message only)
The water authority also expressed thanks to those customers whose accounts are current.
“The Water and Sewerage Authority extends its appreciation to the many customers who responded positively to the call to pay their outstanding rates or contacted the Authority to make arrangements to do so. The Authority is also thankful to those customers who continue to meet their commitments to pay their rates,” the advisory from WASA stated.
This week, the Authority reopened its Customer Service Centre at its Trincity Regional Complex off the Golden Grove Road, to accept payments from customers, on Monday June 28th.
WASA reminds its customers they can pay their bills from the convenience and safety of their own homes via any of the following options:
