The Wa­ter and Sew­er­age Au­thor­i­ty (WASA) is ad­vis­ing cus­tomers served by the Val­sayn A Boost­er Sta­tion that there will be an in­ter­rup­tion in their pipe borne wa­ter sup­ply on Thurs­day be­tween the hours of 8 am and 4 pm.

WASA says this has be­come nec­es­sary in or­der to un­der­take emer­gency me­chan­i­cal re­pairs at the fa­cil­i­ty.

Af­fect­ed ar­eas in­clude:

· Along the East­ern Main Road from St. Joseph to Aranguez Main Road, San Juan in­clud­ing: Champs Fleurs, Mt. Hope, Mt. Lam­bert and Pe­tit Bourg;

· Low­er and Up­per San­ta Cruz in­clud­ing: Home­stead Gar­dens, Pax Vale, Pi­p­i­ol Road, Sam Bou­caud Gar­dens and en­vi­rons.

Cus­tomers are be­ing fur­ther ad­vised that it may take up to 12 hours for the wa­ter sup­ply to nor­malise to some ar­eas af­ter the sta­tion is restart­ed.
