Trinidad and To­ba­go Schools Rug­by Foot­ball Union has se­lect­ed a na­tion­al school­boys' team to tour On­tario, Cana­da in Au­gust of this year.

The team con­sists of 27 school­boys who were nom­i­nat­ed from a field of about four hun­dred play­ers who par­tic­i­pat­ed in the group's Rug­by League last sea­son.

ANSA McAL has part­nered with the lo­cal rug­by union as they work to give their play­ers an op­por­tu­ni­ty to ex­pe­ri­ence sport at an in­ter­na­tion­al lev­el, which they see as hav­ing a pos­i­tive im­pact not on­ly in the sport­ing area but al­so in a so­cial en­vi­ron­ment.

The ANSA McAL Group is spon­sor­ing 17-year-old Sha­keel Dyte and 18-year-old An­der­son Joseph in their trav­els to Cana­da and in their train­ing with the Na­tion­al School Boys Team.
