Mal­abar will be cam­paign­ing in the Pre­mier Di­vi­sion of the East­ern Foot­ball As­so­ci­a­tion next sea­son. The Mal­abar Boys earned pro­mo­tion by cap­tur­ing the First Di­vi­sion Big Four on Tues­day, de­spite a 2-2 draw with Tu­na­puna Ti­tans, af­ter lead­ing 2-0 at half­time. Af­ter the one-round tour­na­ment, Mal­abar fin­ished with sev­en points ahead of Ti­tans (four), South­east­ern Con­nec­tion (three) and 1st FC San­ta Rosa (three). The cur­tain in the league will come down to­mor­row with WASA meet­ing Mal­oney in the fi­nal of the Emer­ald Apart­ments and Plaza Cup at Mar­vin Lee Sta­di­um, Ma­coya, from 3.30 pm.
