Fe­male en­tre­pre­neur and CEO of Ms Brafit Lim­it­ed, Nicole Joseph-Chin was se­lect­ed by the US De­part­ment of State to rep­re­sent T&T in the Unit­ed States for the In­ter­na­tion­al Vis­i­tor Lead­er­ship Pro­gramme for her lead­er­ship, in­no­va­tion and en­tre­pre­neur­ship. The pro­gramme runs for three weeks. The del­e­ga­tion in­cludes 18 par­tic­i­pants span­ning from across the globe in­clud­ing Ger­many, Namib­ia, Turkey and Oman. Pre­vi­ous lead­er­ship am­bas­sadors in­clude heads of state, world lead­ers, en­tre­pre­neurs and com­mu­ni­ty/busi­ness lead­ers.

Joseph-Chin is well-known in women's mo­ti­va­tion and im­age man­age­ment are­na where she part­ners with lo­cal and in­ter­na­tion­al pro­fes­sion­als in the fash­ion and ser­vice in­dus­tries to en­hance women's im­ages, lifestyle and busi­ness. Her col­lab­o­ra­tions reg­u­lar­ly in­clude works with lo­cal and in­ter­na­tion­al fash­ion de­sign­ers and many oth­er small busi­ness­es.

In ad­di­tion to be­ing a bra/in­ti­mate ap­par­el fit­ter, Joseph-Chin's ex­per­tise is in breast health and care in­clud­ing post mas­tec­to­my care, and ed­u­ca­tion.
