1 kiwi (optional)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
20 mint leaves
2 tablespoons honey
4 cups ice
2 Litres Water (chilled)
1 Thinly slice the grapefruit, orange, lime, lemon, kiwi and cucumber.
2 Heat 1/2 half cup of water on the stove or microwave to a lukewarm temperature. Add the honey to the water and stir till dissolved. Place this honey mixture in the refrigerator and allow to cool.
3 In a large jug, add water and ice and then stir. Add the sliced fruit and vegetables, mint leaves, apple cider vinegar and honey mixture. Let steep at least 1 hour.
4 Pour into a tall glass and drink up! When the entire jug is empty, you are left with an amazing fruit salad to enjoy.
