Fif­teen in­di­vid­u­als were ar­rest­ed dur­ing a war­rant ex­er­cise con­duct­ed in the South­ern Di­vi­sion yes­ter­day. 

The TTPS says the op­er­a­tion took place be­tween 10 am on 21st No­vem­ber 2024 and 5 am on 22nd No­vem­ber 2024, cov­er­ing sev­er­al ar­eas with­in the South­ern Di­vi­sion, in­clud­ing Princes Town, Guapo, Gas­par­il­lo, Moru­ga, San Fer­nan­do, Debe, Mara­bel­la, and St Mary’s sta­tion dis­tricts. 

Dur­ing the ex­er­cise, 14 men, aged be­tween 27 and 56, were ar­rest­ed on af­fil­i­a­tion war­rants, while one 45-year-old man was de­tained on a time-al­lowed com­mit­ment war­rant.

This ex­er­cise was co­or­di­nat­ed by Snr Supt Kirk, Supt Singh, ASP Phillip, and A/In­sp Ram­saran, and su­per­vised by Cpl Mad­hoo and PC Ma­hase.
