Kareem Hart was granted bail for $50,000 by Justice of the Peace, Abraham Ali, on June 5th after he was charged for breach of curfew and for wearing camouflage clothing.
Hart, 23, of Freddy Street, Aranjuez, is due to appear in court on September 7th.
According to police reports, around 11.05 pm on June 4th PC Mykoo and PC Dwarika were on surveillance duty at William Street, San Juan, when they allegedly observed a black Hyundai Elantra proceeding at a high rate of speed.
The officers intercepted the vehicle and apprehended the driver who was clad in camouflage clothing. The man was arrested, then taken to the Morvant Police Station where he was charged for breach of curfew and for wearing camouflage clothing.
