A Chaguanas vendor is expected to appear virtually before a Chaguanas Magistrate today charged with robbery and aggravation.
Shackille Pinder, 20, was charged in connection with an incident that occurred on December 16th at Robinson Street, Monstrose, Chaguanas where a woman was allegedly robbed by a man with a firearm.
According to police reports, it is alleged that the assailant took the victim’s cellular phone and $1,000, then escaped on foot. The accused was arrested on January 21st after officers received information during an anti-crime exercise conducted within the Chaguanas Police District by officers of the Chaguanas C.I.D. and the Central Division Gang Unit.
