It has been months that I have been trying without success to get my online phone payments up to date and not for the lack of trying.
With this “modern technology”, online payment that is supposed to make things easier and avoid us having to line up in an office to pay, it seems that it is more difficult.
Theoretically it makes good sense, and would really make life easier if it worked, but it’s only recordings instructing me to “press this to get that and press that to get this” and I’m only getting depressed (no pun intended), so my bill remains unpaid through no fault of my own. To physically go in and pay would be defeating the purpose of their “modern online system” wouldn’t it?
Service provider, please get it fixed.
