Dig­i­cel Busi­ness re­cent­ly launched its new Cloud So­lu­tions port­fo­lio, fea­tur­ing the lat­est suite of cloud so­lu­tions to dri­ve busi­ness ad­van­tage. Work­ing with Cit­rix, Cis­co and Mi­crosoft, Dig­i­cel Busi­ness now of­fers com­plete cloud so­lu­tions for its clients' busi­ness needs.

Lo­cat­ed at Dig­i­cel's Tier III ac­cred­it­ed Dat­a­cen­tre in Ja­maica, with ded­i­cat­ed sub plat­forms in Bermu­da, Pana­ma and T&T, Dig­i­cel's Cloud plat­form is the most se­cure da­ta-host­ing plat­form in the Caribbean and Cen­tral Amer­i­ca. It means specif­i­cal­ly that T&T cus­tomers can choose to re­tain their da­ta lo­cal­ly or re­gion­al­ly.

With­in the Cloud So­lu­tions port­fo­lio, Dig­i­cel's Desk­top as a Ser­vice is a scal­able ser­vice that al­lows clients to use a cloud-host­ed desk­top en­vi­ron­ment to de­liv­er busi­ness ap­pli­ca­tions, in­clud­ing Mi­crosoft Of­fice, across mul­ti­ple de­vices. Clients can con­trol the se­cu­ri­ty of their busi­ness­es' in­for­ma­tion on em­ploy­ee mo­bile de­vices with Mo­bile De­vice Man­age­ment. Dig­i­cel Mo­bile De­vice Man­age­ment en­ables com­plete­ly se­cure ac­cess to any busi­ness ap­pli­ca­tion, us­ing any de­vice.

Dig­i­cel Desk­top as a ser­vice is pow­ered by Cit­rix Xen­Desk­top and Cit­rix Xen­Mo­bile which en­able busi­ness­es to go mo­bile and de­vel­op "bring your own de­vice" pro­grammes with­out the need for large cap­i­tal in­vest­ments.
