Arima Fest is still in full swing, continuing for the rest of August and part of September. The Borough Day celebrations, held earlier this month saw the band Pallang, led by Elenor Cumberbatch with Red, White and Black capturing the J'Ouvert title. Marsians Steelband, from Arima Old Road won the Single Pan Steel competition.
