According to the foundation Water Aid, a charity dedicated to providing water to brining clean water and toilets to those that need it, one in nine people do not have access to clean water.

Our bodies are made up of about 70 percent water. It is essential to our survival, but it's the cleanliness of the water that really keeps us in optimum health.
How much water do you need?
It's common knowledge that we need a daily intake of water to survive, but do we know how much we really need? The standard and most common recommendation is to drink eight to 10 glasses, of at least eight ounces each per day. But this theory can vary based on many different factors such as, how active you are, the type of climate you live in, external and internal factors. As a matter of fact, you may need to drink much more than the recommended daily amount.
