Children from La Horquetta were given a boost last week when the Digicel Foundation launched a computer in the community.
Speaking during the event last Thursday, Digicel Plus general manager Jason Matthews said he was very excited to be part of Digicel Foundation as they unveiled the lab. He said it was one means of empowering the youths in technology and connectivity.
Matthews said he hoped the youths would take advantage of this opportunity and use the programmes which will be started at the lab to their full benefit in the long term.
