The Board of the Copyright Music Organisation of Trinidad and Tobago has announced the appointment of its new president, Mr Curtis Jordan.

The Board of the Copyright Music Organisation of Trinidad and Tobago (COTT) selected a new president on Monday, October 17, 2022. Mr Curtis Jordan will serve as the President of COTT until 2023.
Mr Jordan is a well-respected recording artiste, motivational speaker, author, founder and manager of The Curtis Jordan Coaching Academy and Caribbean Gospel Music Tours.
Mr. Ainsley King retains his position as Vice-President of the Organisation citing the importance of creating space for young professionals to hold positions of leadership in society.
In a meeting of the Board of Directors held on 17th October 2022 Mr. Jordan expressed his gratitude for the confidence that the elected Directors placed in him noting that “Integrity in leadership is my main priority for the greater good of the organisation and all creators alike.” Articulating a clear vision for his term, he went on to note that “As the new President, I look forward to working alongside a team focused on innovation and efficiency, not only for the benefit of our members but the wider creative community.”
Mr. Jordan will lead the board which consists of Mr. Ainsley king – Vice President; Mr. Quynton Gooding – Secretary, Mr. Isaac Blackman-Performer Director, John Arnold-Producer Director, Mr. Khori Francis-Writer Director, Mr. Derek Pereira- Producer Director, Mr. Kyle Phillips- Publisher Director.
